What is Reiki?
The word Reiki is made up of 2 words – Rei (which means universal, wisdom that comes from a higher self) and Ki (which means life force energy). So the whole word is seen as meaning a universal life force energy. It is the same as Chi in Chinese and Prana in Sanskrit. Reiki is a form of natural healing and can never cause any harm.
