Those who are attunened to at least Reiki Level I  or Shoden go to the Hometown Senior Center located in the Media Fellowship House on Jackson St in Media, PA to do Reiki mini-sessions for free for Seniors 55 years old and older. We also do Reiki for their caretakers who bring them to the event. We do the people from the center who need to leave on the 2pm busses first and then we do people who walk or come by car.

Reiki is a gentle system that utilizes touch to reduce stress. Free 15-minute sessions available by appointment on the second and fourth Fridays of the month from 10-12 p.m. Ted Adcock Community/Senior Center at 535 Kelly Avenue in Half Moon Bay, California.  For more information about any program, call 726-9056
